How to Apply

How to Apply for the ICME 2026 Travel Grant ICOM ICME will award one (1) travel grant of 1,200 € to an ICOM/ICME member whose paper has been accepted for presentation at the ICME 2026 Taiwan Annual Conference (18-24 October 2026). Applications are open from 15 June to 31 July 2026; results will be announced on15 August 2026.
Please follow the steps below to apply.

Step 1-Download the application form

Download the official application form in your preferred format:

Step 2 - Complete and sign Fill in all sections, then sign the declaration. A handwritten signature (scanned or photographed) or an electronic signature is accepted. Please save your completed, signed form as a PDF.

Step 3 - Prepare your supporting documents Prepare the following, in addition to the signed form:
‧Curriculum vitae (maximum one page), including education, work experience, publications, and current responsibilities
‧A copy of a valid travel document (passport or ID card)
‧Acceptance letter or email for your paper / presentation

Step 4 - Merge into a single PDF Please combine the signed application form and all supporting documents into one single PDF file. Name the file in the format: ICME2026_[Your Name].

Step 5 - Send by email Email your single PDF to: secretary.icme@icom.museum
Use the following subject line: ICME2026 Travel Grant_[Your Name]
Application period: 15 June - 31 July 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
